Later, Samantha transitioned into the health and fitness industry. She currently serves as a Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, a role she has proudly held for nearly six years. Coaching has allowed her to help individuals push past limits, build confidence, and achieve meaningful fitness goals.
While Samantha loves the performance side of fitness, she found herself missing the recovery and therapy aspect of her work. That’s what led her to StretchWell, where she is able to reconnect with her passion for mobility, recovery, and injury prevention.
Samantha strongly believes that true fitness success comes from balancing training with the right recovery routine. Her goal is to help more people understand the importance of mobility and show how proper recovery can improve not only performance, but also everyday quality of life.
