Toronto & the GTA · Assisted stretching
The hourthat unlockseverything.
One-on-one assisted stretch sessions designed to help you move better.
When was the last time you moved without stiffness?
Flexibility often decreases over time, but stiffness is not always permanent. Daily habits like prolonged sitting, repetitive movement, and stress can limit mobility, but these restrictions can be improved.
Sitting all day
Hip flexors shorten. Shoulders round. Your back works overtime. Your body adapts to the chair, then complains when you ask it to move.
Training while tight
You can be strong and still locked up. Lifting, running, golf, tennis, and pickleball all feel better when your range of motion improves.
Stretching alone
Stretching on your own can only take you so far. With assisted stretching, you can relax while a trained practitioner helps release tight areas and improve mobility beyond what you can typically achieve alone.
We measure what you cannot feel.
Before your first stretch, your practitioner runs a functional movement assessment. We determine where your range is limited and build the session around it.
3 min
to discover how you move
A measurement, not a guess.
What actually happens in your first session
Your practitioner is focused entirely on how your body moves and what would help it move better.
First 3 minutes
We assess
A brief full-body mobility assessment.
Using our functional movement assessment tool, we evaluate how your body moves and where you are tight, guarded, or quietly compensating without realizing it.
Next 45 minutes
We stretch
A full-body, practitioner-led assisted stretch.
Your practitioner does the work. You relax. The session focuses on what your body actually needs, not a generic routine.
Final 2 minutes
We plan
A few simple things to continue at home.
You leave with a few personalized homework stretches to help maintain your progress between sessions.
Try it now · about 60 seconds
A quick mobility check.
Four small movements. No equipment. A first read on how your body is moving today.
Move 1 of 4
Reach both arms straight overhead, palms forward.
Do your arms reach your ears without your lower back arching?
This is a light self-check for curiosity, not a medical assessment.

Why assisted stretching works
Deeper than you can reach on your own.
Assisted stretching is a guided, one-on-one approach where a trained practitioner moves your body through deeper, safer, and more effective stretches than you can achieve alone. We combine personalized care with science-backed technique.
Functional movement assessment
Before we begin the stretch, we read how you move and where restrictions lie using our Kinotek® Assessment Tool.
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
A contract-and-release method that unlocks range faster and more safely than stretching alone.
Fascial stretch therapy (FST) principles
We work the connective tissue and the joint, not just the muscle, to restore real range of motion.

Common questions
Before you book
No. Most people come in because they are not flexible. The session meets your body exactly where it is.
Massage works on muscle tissue. Assisted stretching works on range of motion, joints, and the nervous-system patterns that keep you tight.
Loose, comfortable clothing is perfect. Workout clothes work well. Your practitioner needs to be able to move your limbs freely.
Tell us when you book. The assessment is designed to work around existing injuries. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
No. Your first session is $79. Ongoing options are there if you want them, but your first visit is about understanding your body and feeling the difference.
We have three studios across Toronto and the GTA: Rosedale, Lawrence Park, and Thornhill. Each offers the same one-on-one method.
