These terms apply to your use of the StretchWell website and online booking. By using the site, you agree to them.

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form sends a session request to the studio. It is not a confirmed appointment until the studio contacts you to confirm. A credit card and advance payment are required to finalize the reservation. Introductory pricing is for new clients and may change.

Cancellations

We ask that you give reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel. Specific cancellation terms are provided by your studio at the time of booking.

Health and wellness disclaimer

StretchWell provides assisted stretching and mobility services for general wellness. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Tell your practitioner about any injuries or conditions, and consult a qualified health professional before starting if you have concerns.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this site belong to StretchWell and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StretchWell is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Services are provided on an as-available basis.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
