What we believe
Stretching should have a plan.
Stretching is most effective when it is tailored to how your body moves. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all routine, we identify the areas that need the most attention and customize each session accordingly.
Your care begins with a movement assessment, followed by hands-on assisted stretching tailored to your needs. Before you leave, we will recommend a few simple stretches you can do at home to help maintain your progress between sessions.

Every practitioner is trained in assisted stretch therapy and how to read movement patterns, not just stretch you.
Physiotherapy-informed
We work with a virtual physiotherapist who can assist with creating your assisted stretching plan. This is a great option if you are looking to use your physiotherapy benefits to cover your sessions.
