Uzor

Uzor holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Felician University in New Jersey and a Master's degree in Sports Administration and Leadership from Augustana University. As a former five-year NCAA Division II basketball player, she developed a strong passion for movement, athletic performance, recovery, and injury prevention. She has experience working as a Physical Therapy Aide, as well as in assisted stretch therapy and fitness settings. Her approach primarily focuses on assisted stretching through the PNF method, using her background in exercise science and rehabilitation to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall movement. Outside of work, Uzor enjoys strength training, basketball, staying active, and spending time with friends and family. Her long-term goal is to continue building her career in the health and rehabilitation field while helping individuals move and feel their best.
