At StretchWell, your first assisted stretching session is $79 (an Introductory Mobility Assessment, normally $139). After that, ongoing options include memberships from $260 per month and packages for both 25- and 50-minute sessions. There is no membership required to start.

New clients begin with the Introductory Mobility Assessment for $79, normally $139. It is a full 50-minute visit: assessment, guided stretch, and personalized homework to continue progress. A credit card and advance payment are required to finalize the reservation.

Session packages

  • 25-minute packs: 3 for $219, 6 for $420, 12 for $780, 24 for $1,440, or 48 for $2,640

Is it covered by insurance?

We work with a virtual physiotherapist who can assist in the creation of your stretching plan. This is a great option if you are looking to use your physiotherapy benefits to cover your sessions. Ask us more about this option.
